I went through the same problem trying to find a cookbook for my oven, Sharp. I made contact with the manufacturer and they actually had one of the original cookbooks sent out with the unit. It turned out to be just a cookbook for any brand of oven. If you know how to use the oven, choosing between convection and microwave, setting temps,
setting times and all that, then what I've discovered is the basic rule, drop the temp by 25 degrees and cook about the same time as you would in a normal oven.
