» airjack - Black Spot removal

I've tried everything that Camping World, Wally-World, and every other company has to offer on the black spot that's on the aluminum siding of my 27' travel trailer. Never had any luck. Recently, I tried something called 'Mean Green' (with degreaser) from the Dollar Store and the black spot came off with very little rubbing. I finished the whole trailer in just a few hours using the cheapest product with the best results.

Sounds like the black spot may have been road tar that can get splashed onto vehicles while traveling through construction sites. Road tar can also be removed with WD 40, then wash with soap and water and rinse.

Black spots on aluminum siding are often the result of mildew and can be removed easily with a 50% mixture of bleach and water.

I also tried everything that I could get my hands on for black streak/cleaning rubber roof and found that a mild bleach solution is about the only thing that would work.

There is only one product available that can effectively remove black streaks and spots from RV's! It is RV-455 and if you do a search on your computer I am sure you can locate the web site and the toll-free number! It also does a great job of removing the "ring in the bathtub"!
That toll free number is 1-800-223-7119 and tell him Guy sent you and that will make you and him both happy!
