» Architeria - Geograph Hi! I saw one online just tonight but I'll have to figure out where I was. I'd love to see some pics of yours if you could send them to philipgott@aol.com and I'll send you pics of the one I found a photo of.I really like the way it looks; is yours for sale by any chance? Does yours have a walnut interior? I'm into fiberglass boats of the same vintage so it has special appeal. Thanks Philip -- posted by Architeria » Architeria - Geograph I checked my notes and they refer to it as a 1961 26' Holiday House Geographic. Is yours the same length? There is a newsletter type thing with a shaded rendering on the front and lists a Medford, Oregon address. There are also a few interior shots that seem to be taken from a brochure but the reproduction isn't very crisp.Hope you come back and check this; I'd like to learn more about them too. Philip -- posted by Architeria » Bucaru - Holiday House In response to Geograph posted by Architeria:The Holiday House was a business venture by Harry and David the Fruit of the Month Club people located in Medford OR. where I live. The pictures in the brochure were taken by a family friend in the 60's. If you have a picture in a brochure with a lady looking out the front window of the trailer with a little blonde haired girl looking at a young boy with a fish in his hand that is me, my mom and my sister. The trailer was famous for it's wrap-around window. -- posted by Bucaru » Architeria - Holiday House Thanks for the info, Bucaru. Unfortunately, I don't have that brochure photo, it sounds like a classic. I guess Harry and David have been around for a while.I did see a smaller Holiday House on eBay and it was made of wood with aluminum skin and was a lot squarer than the Geographic but still had a number of the styling cues, especially the wrap-around front window. What a unique product! Thanks again. Philip/Architeria -- posted by Architeria
