» Renie_Burghardt - Vermiculture Hi Victoria, I certainly agree, worms are great to have in the garden, and my compost pile is full of the little critters. The other day, I was digging a patch for lettuce, and found several of these critters in the soil, and I was glad to see them!Great article, as always. Hope you're doing well! You're lucky you can dig a patch for your lettuce--the ground is still hard here, and it snowed again today I have a little worm farm going over here--the kids love taking all our organic waste and mixing it into their make-believe stew! We have quite a few worms already! Again--thanks for visiting and we're fine, thank you! Hope you are, too! All the best, -- posted by vix1
