I used to have a milk goat a few years back. I needed the lovely Nubian nanny, as I had a baby who was allergic to everything--including my breast milk! The high butterfat content in Nubian milk put weight on him, and immediately he was a very content baby! He'd been a screaming, fussy, colicky infant before I started him on the raw Nubian milk. My advice to mom's with colicky infants; switch them from formula to goats milk--YOU'LL sleep through the night!
