I like to run on grassy hills in the park and I find that when I run around the SeaWall (in Stanley Park in Vancouver....10km), I have to side-step a lot of people who are walking. I guess I find that the cross trainer gives me better lateral movement. What are your thoughts on the cross trainer? My dad swears by Sauconys though. dean -- posted by dean » Lynn - Hi Dean.
