Lynn, I am not a runner but have many wonderful stories of animals from both my past and the present.

I loved your story and your wonderful cat should be given a medal. We never know what courageous feats animals can perform to save their masters.

Having a bond with an animal is a wonderful thing. We can trust them with our lives and their love is unconditional - the best kind. The only other place we get that is from children.
