have had an injury to foot for awhile-went to see a couple of doctors-last doctor was foot doctor-he prescribed inflamantory pills-said it looked to be a little inflamed around ankle-went to see about getting some good walking shoes which I did but while there the specialist at the shoe store suggested i might have plantar fasciitis and described to me how it felt-i think he is right-i bought a pair of insoles he suggested and they seem to help-it has gotten better but has not gotten well-guess it takes time- it has only been about a month since i began wearing the insoles-is there anything you can add to help me?
