As far as what the best running shoe is, I would have to say that every runner has his/her own opinion. For the record, my favorite is New Balance. The best thing to do is collect all the information you can about various shoes and then go to a store where you can try them on and if possible, actually run in them, even if it is inside the store. They should feel comfortable from the first moment. I'm sending you more specific information via e-mail.-- posted by Lynn
