Wow, Wendy, what a story. I could just picture you in that situation, you told is so well. Good thing Dingo didn't get hurt, and that Chelsea came to the rescue. Actually, Chelsea was something else, for nut hurting that dog. I don't know how Oscar would have reacted. I know Rottie's use their might, but I'm not sure if he would have used his teeth or not. I guess they are so strong that they don't have to. I hope the owners of that Golden did learn a lesson from the incident, but I doubt it. Some people never learn, until something really serious happens.
