I've owned a lot of dogs over the years. The Pit Bull I had back in the 80's was just as lovable as is our 120 pound Zeus, my daughter's 3 year old Rottweiler. Dogs aren't as dangerous as people are. A Black Lab/Rotty mix is only as dangerous as you make them. I'm familiar with that mix and can only recall one problem; it concerned a dog that was trained to be obnoxious. Threat them with love and that's what you'll get back!
