Hello Nick,
Yes, you are right. I also having a same problem with my roses. I got 4 species of miniature roses but one of them has been affected by the black spot disease. As a new grower and lack of experience, I just use a fungicide powder mixed with water, recommended by the local nursery. But still, the leaves keep dropping. I am very worried......do not know what to do next...
