I have watched 'Overboard' many times and I agree it's a great movie. I just wanted to add another line that I found funny. I may not have it word for word, but I'll try.

Grant was relating his activities on the yacht while Joanna was with Dean:
"I was whacking the donkey with painted ladies..."

I love romantic comedies so I will be subscribing to your topic and visiting often.
