Thank you so very much for your beautifully written article about needs. This has been a struggle for me all my life and I have been trying so hard to overcome it. Your post has been incredibly helpful to me and actually helped me release from this more than ever before. I had a feeling that programming was a lot of the cause and you have given me so much validation and much to think about.

I hope that you are increasingly able to heal from the programming and able to ask for what you need and to feel comfortable with receiving. You definitively gave a beautiful gift to me in your article. Your words will stay with me forver.

An excellent article on verbalizing the confusion, anxiety and double-bindedness of the internal programming and the almost torture it creates when reaching out for help. Thank you for putting into words what I am sure many are not able to!
