What I to say the Y2K issues show how close are man in relation to technology. They depend on computer tehcnology for evry day life. So Y2K show us how human kind response to the technology that they themselves created, the western world with the materlistic mission.

THey provide i-Sight Service and Complaint Software and it's being used by both big companies like Seimens and smaller companies looking for a simple solution. It's a really customizable and flexible tool that provides all of the standard stuff like multi-channel complaint entry (webform, email, etc.), workflow (notifications, esclations, approvals, etc.) and reports (performance measurement, trend, charts/ graphs, etc.) and a some other things you won't find in other tools.
