I guess what i mean about healing is getting rid of the pity party marytr attitude. "Oh this person hurt me, and now my life is over." Everyone gets hurt from someone else, we even hurt ourselves. So by taking a proactive choice in healing we're only enhancing our life. It doesn't mean we're sick, it just means we have lessons to learn.
