Joe,This is a great article, I've been sober over 16 yrs. And I still like to isolate at times. I'm an only child too, so I remember the stero and tv were my closest friends. AA has helped me a lot. I'm also the new editor of "Recovery in The 21st Century" coming soon. Maybe we can get together sometime on an article.
