Great Danes ARE mentioned on the list of susceptible breeds.I've copied the suggested prevention "In susceptible breeds, feed two or three meals daily and discourage rapid eating. Do not allow exercise for two hours after a meal. " You may want to read the whole Bloat article yourself. Hope this helps! -- posted by Nancy
