We did not see the comet today (the very anticipated 11th day of the 7th month). According to course projections made by Japenese scientists and the JPL, the comet should be seen around the end of August/beginning September.

I will try to post a link on a computer model of comet Lee's trajectory (I have lost the address, and the link that refered me to it is now broken). One of the reasons why NASA and JPL is keeping quiet about this comet is because of its unpredictable trajectory. No model seem to apply to its wild behavior according to what I've read. Furthermore, the planetary alignment at this instant could affect its course, due to possible increased electromagnetic phenomena. Solar activity, which is at its peak, might be incidental as well.

Mil neuf cent nonante neuf sept mois... After July and August, there still is the possibility of "SEPT"ember... but this is getting stretched.

Somehow, I am not able to access this site now. I hope it works for you. You should be able to see a real-time computer model of the comet's predicted trajectory. There is however a big margin for error, even if the model looks neat and official. As the the second reference, it seems the URL has been re-routed to an irrelevent home page.
