» H2O - Nomination Conventions sure were colorful and active in days past! Too bad we don't have more action today. Now the nomination is sewed up well in advance, no more marathon, multi-rounds of balloting where a little-known such as Lincoln in 1860 can come out of nowhere and take the nomination.Did Tommy Nast draw a "Bull Moose" cartoon to go along with the donkey and elephant? -- posted by H2O
