» Maurenne - New baby

Thanks! Austin is almost 6 weeks old and yes I am VERY busy with my four kiddos. However, I will be back to writing on October 1. We are all doing quite well and I look forward to getting back into the swing of things.

CHILDBIRTH PREPARATION GUIDE
http://www.mybirthcare.com
Now Available!

Our book is ideal for the expectant mom who:
* Isn't sure she wants to pay for a hospital childbirth class.
* Has taken a class and needs a supplement.
* Has a partner reluctant to sit in a crowded hospital classroom.
* Is too busy to attend a class.

The book contains a summary of what is covered during my birthing class. I have been teaching childbirth classes for several years to large classes in the Houston Medical Center. This caused problems if the expectant mom needed more time to practice, or if she missed a class! This can all lead to a nervous mother which is not good. We all know that the best way to learn is with a personal instructor and a lot of practice. Now you can have both!

This book will help you relax and stay focused using several proven relaxation techniques I teach in my class. Each technique is followed by a practice session, designed for mom and her partner to perform together.

RICE PACKS
Benefits of our rice packs:
* Can be scented with essential oil of your choice for aroma therapy.
* Handmade using a variety of decorative cloth.
* Available in two styles.
* Not made from socks so they will not stretch.
* Works great for muscle cramps, stiff neck, joints, or backache.

Multiple quantity discounts:
* Leave one in the freezer for a "cold pack" while the other is used as a "hot pack".
* Always ready when you need them.
* Buy 2 rice tubes, or 2 rice discs, or one of each!
