I'm interested in hearing what you have to say about using a doula either for your birth or postpartum. Do you plan to use a doula? Do you know how and where to find one? Do you know what a doula does? We have several articles and links about doulas. I am a doula myself and still hear a lot of parents saying they don't even know what one is or how to find one.
