Hi! I'm Jenny, over in the UK, and desperate!
Does anyone know what causes E2 to leap?

After high Day 2 FSH values of 14+, my FSH has dived to 2.5 and E2 rocketed to 1,395 pmol/L (that's a UK measurement.) The E2 is 3 times what it was last month (400), when my FSH was also lower than normal at 6.4. I'm 45.

I've also had a super short cycle for me (26 d), and a v. short period (Half a day! Usually lasts 2 days). I had lots of pangs on 1 ovary in the last month - might I have cysts, or is this a sign of ovarian failure? Or anything else? My prolactin also tends to be high.

Any suggestions for drug protocols I can use? Because I may only have a few opportunities left, my RE has just agreed to adopt a more aggressive approach - tho' the chances of conception are slim.

Thanks for any ideas or advice you might have.
