» H2O - What's your take?

Anyone watch the furor over the Danish cartoons that supposedly mock the prophet Muhommed? Funny how the MSM preaches sensitivity in this area, but when Christian symbols and leaders are satirized it's free speech.

And don't get me going on the "evils" of Christianity. Islam has some bad apples, too. I get a kick out of Madonna criticizing the Church for suppressing women then she studies Kaballah which relegates women as second-class citizens. That, and she takes on the Persian name "Esther" (ironically from the Persian fertility goddess Ishtar) instead of the more Hebrew name of the queen, Hadassah.

Much adu about nothing - in both cases.

Madonna criticizing the Church for suppressing women..

The church doesn't deserve that criticism?

then she studies Kaballah which relegates women as second-class citizens.

She'll figure that out too in time. Besides, who cares what Madonna studies or what name she takes?
