Frank, you still don't seem to get the idea here. Standing 15 feet away from wherever is not an infringement on people's free speech rights. Telling them they can't protest near it at all IS an infringement. But again, when balancing the rights of different parties, the 15 foot rule is hardly an infringement on anyone's rights.

I can tell you that as a teacher, if we would happen to go on strike and would attempt to picket right in front of the doors of the school so that people couldn't get in easily, we would be removed. That kind of picketing is unlawful, by rule of the courts.

You are suggesting that the courts are only limiting the "rights" of right-wingers (ie. anti-abortionists. This is simply not true. No one can protest right in the front of any building if it impedes access. No one can pass out political literature inside a specific perimeter. No one can carry a protest banner and sit in front of Tom Delay's office, which is highly accessible to anyone.
