GOD BLESS AMERICA! My thoughts and prayers are with everyone that is effected/affected by the tragedy of 9/11/2001. It's a confusing time right now. Many like me, feel that our sense of security and freedom has been taken from us. I wonder if that sense of feeling safe will ever come back to us? Everyone keeps saying that we'll recover and rebuild and the govt is doing its part to put out lots of propaganda about how we will fight and win and recover. But it's all so hollow. I think of this very much in the same ways I thought after my son died. You can't count on anything. Things change constantly. You can never know how anything will turn out-- even some boring old workday in the beginning of a random September. Things change without notice, without regard to anything. Maybe our sense of safety returns from know that the only thing we can count on is change. I just don't know.
