Dear Les Abrams,

I have read your articles on worker's compensation insurance abuse and I want you to know that I have been experiencing abuse by a work comp cFremontnt Compensation for 8 years and it continues. I was a Psychiatric Nurse and was beaten to the head and felunconciousus. I suffer TBI/3 level cervical disc fractures and protrusions anlumbarsacralal torsioNeuropathicic pain ancervicoco brachial syndrome/carpal tunnel and constant severe pain. There are so many instances of abuse I've suffered that I couldn't name them all off the top of my head. I was forced to several psychiatrists and was put through an inquisition, not a medical evaluation. One psychiatrist actually grabbed me by the arm when I said I was leaving and wouldn't take his abuse. My mother was there and she said to him what are you doing! He came to his senses and let go. Nothing was done to him even though I reported it. There are many more stories and I am exhausted right now, but would like to share more later as you wrote in your article above that you'd hope that the case you had was rare, well it isn't and I want to do something about it. I can't take it on by myself.

In response to message posted by yogagirl:

I apoloigize for not being on-line until now. I have been ill for some time and have only just rejoined the viable.

What is it that I can do to help, if it is not too late?

Regards, Les Abrams
