» AuntCinders - good article Thank you for the article. it is very good and thought provoking.I wish that I could say I lovingly accept myself at the size I am...but I constantly berate myself sith all my negative self-talk about how I could be so much better if I were thin. I really want to get over this and have recently started seeing a counselor in hopes that I can work through this. Keep up the good work, -- posted by AuntCinders » Sadie426 - Size Acceptance Cindy -You shouldn't feel badly about yourself. Many of us are unsuccessful at our attempts to diet, yet we know that we would prefer to be thinner, although maybe not THIN. Check out the message board "A friendly place for support" at Good Luck. Its just like someone hating someone cause of the color...Diets are hard and than you have to live with the flab that comes after the weight loss...its alway s a fight to win... Life is so hard and some have it easy and judge us but all we can really do is please ourselfs cause you cant please everyone. -- posted by giggles13
