In relation to the article on slide film (dewy 770), I AM currently on a two year working traveling holiday. I have must have taken over 100 rolls of 35mm by now. I would like to start taking my photography more seriously (ie. eventually selling prints). What tips can anyone give me about slide film??

In response to message posted by colematt86:

In your situation, I would seriously start learning to adapt to slide film for several reasons. If you eventually hope to sell your images, most photo editors will prefer to have slides. Secondly, storage becomes a big issue when you start shooting in high volume. Thirdly, a two year traveling vacation is very, very different from a once-in-a-lifetime one week trip to Paris. You have more time to bracket your shots and learn as you go.

As an example, all pictures on this page http://www.peterberger.net were taken with slide film - higher color contrast, yet it is difficult to digitalize properly afterwards
