» Covgoth - Rat fits?

Hi I'm new to the list.

I have an Asian white rat ( about 2yrs and 9months) which appears to have epileptic fits. They have been leaving her dazed and confused, and she is a shadow of her former self. She has become quite timid now, and cowers at any loud noises.
I took her to the Vet and he said that it's not unlikely that she could have epilepsy.
I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar thing happen to them, and if they have any advice that I could use, it would be most appreciated.

Jade

I suppose my rat could be experiencing spasms. I never really thought about epilepsy, though.
