Nicely written, Sue. Coaches have an enormous amount of influence on the lives of the athletes who look up to them. My young nephew, 8th grade, plays football. He thinks his coach walks on water. I'm sure he'll remember his coach when he's 50. The lessons learned will have lasting impact -- whether they are good or bad. Let's hope for the former.-- posted by Aviella
