» dbeatem - how i got rid of my anxiety/panic attacks....for good!!

to make a long, long story short, my anxiety really reared it's ugly head my freshman year of college and i had no idea what i was feeling. over the course of the next 4 years i tried many therapists and read many books to try to get a handle of what was going on. it helped me learn what i had, but the anxiety just wasn't going away......is this what i had to look forward to the rest of my life?????
luckily....NO! i learned of a program offered by the "midwest center for anxiety and depression" it's a workbook/audio or video tape program that really changes your whole outlook on life. it made me realize that to get gain control of this problem it's gonna take more then some breathing techniques and counting down from 100!
if your reading this right now you may think i'm advertising for this program and just trying to make money...but the simple truth is i've felt the shear panic, i've sat at red lights wondering if i was about to lose my mind(forget the highway!!). didn't socialize, didn't go out to restuarants.....i know how hard this condition is and i wanna help as many people get through it as possible.......trust me, trust me, and trust me order this program off the web.

p.s. when you get over your anxiety your gonna laugh at yourself.....
