our country (US) there are better food opportunities than others. But we certainly do add a lot of chemicals to our food. I always laugh to myself when I see "low carbs," on a candy bar. Such fools we be.

Your press trip sounds enlightening. How lucky you are to be able to experience organic food finds in another country.

thanks for your reply. I am fortunate that I agree but I have paid my dues and studied and written for many years. The Payoff is.....

anyway this is my passion, I love doing this and have gained a lot of respect in the UK and amongst the Italian winemaking community.

thought I would let you know that I am leaving on a press trip through Austria and Germany to Holland in early June and then have 10 days in London.
