Another welcome Tracey - from the brown thumb here - but my daughter is the planter in our gardens, and we use ladybugs on our strawberries - well, at least it doesn't make them smell bad to be in the garden with them! Chems are a no-no here as much as possible - too many critters make their home around us. Very glad to see your topic - I'll be back!

Hi Tracy,

Great start! Enjoyed your article. I try to do a little organic gardening each year, but mostly in containers.

Enjoyed learning how a real gardener does things.

Welcome to the Suite. I tried to subscribe, but I have been having trouble with the "subscribe" function. Anyway, will follow your writing. Hopefully the problem will be fixed at some point.

Best wishes,
Tom

Welcome Tracy. I gow my vegetables next to a clay bottomed koi pond, so I am very organic there. I do spray my roses, but they are in another area of mlarge garden.
