Hello LindaIs it true that orchid can sustain better in between watering a short period of drench and drought? I use sphagnum moss for my phalaenopsis in a 51/2 " pot . On the fourth day after the last watering the moss becomes dry , hard and the color turn white. The daily humidity ranges from 45% to 70%.
How much water should I use each time? The moss can actually absorb a lot of water at one time and can be sqizzed out most of it.. Please give me something I can measure with.Say 100ml to a 51/2" pot.
I find ugly dust particles all over the leaves of my phalaenopsis. Should I clean it and how?
