DOH! It looks like there was just a downtime in their system. I was getting excited that they went under and our promissory notes would be voided.

Anyone have any new information?

If anyone receives a call from anyone selling us hit generators or ways to increase traffic to our malls please email the justice Department immediately. They recieved our names from some where and they are trying to find out where.

Phyllis.Jo.Gervasio@usdoj.gov

I received a call from ATM consulting they alse went by interlink financial to sell me a hit generator. I emailed the DOJ and they were very interested.

Hi Bev -

I just got 2 calls from Interlink Financial Group
(one while I was on the 'phone with the other).
Only $2500 to get my MallForAll Web sites listed
higher in the search engines. Located in Las
Vegas - what a big surprise . . . ;^) And they
used exactly the same style ("hold on - I have an
expert who wants to talk to you") as NADN.

Sent all this off to the DOJ guys, too . . .

Sigh . . .

Steve

Steve,

that is so unbelievable that two would call at the same time. They must think we are really stupid. They have called me a few times. I think this thing with NADN/ Oryan is going to go on forever.

Has anyone gotten their 2003 tax information back from NADN? Has anyone been able to contact the IRS? Please answer with any information that you may have. I'm losing sleep over this! djabcs

» Garland5 - Look out the IRS hot

Don't buy anything and be prepared to be audited aggressively and to the point that they are looking to file charges criminally for tax fraud. Pay the money and get a GOOD REAL tax attorney. Be very careful of any questions you are asked by the IRS, even if they seem harmless. I have one of the best EA's in TX and he got wind that everyone who ever had anything to do with NADN will be audited. They (IRS)are currently trying to get the records and list of NADN members so they can get everyone.

» Garland5 - BE CAREFUL

The DOJ and the IRS are using you to get information to build their case against NADN and Oryan at your expense and demise. They could care less about you. You will go down with them. Like I said above, get the BEST TAX attorney you can find. I am in the middle of the audit that was suppose to be a simple few question. Luckily my guy was prepared for everything. This friendly meeting turned real ugly real fast. They had a special prosecutor and upper level agent there when we got there. It was suppose to just be a lower level field agent. The whole thing was a trap. They actually want to press criminal tax evasion charges and possibly arrest me and my wife. We only bought one website and no generator, and claimed only the deduction we were told to by NADN. We did not fudge on anything. The audit is not over yet because we were so organized and my EA is one of the best in the state. I got lucky and was referred to him because I took out the audit defense policy from Turbo Tax. There is no telling what would have happened if I would have went to the interview without representation.
It is going to cost me about $3000.00 for this guy to do this. Believee me, its better than jail.
