I was interested to read that camel parts are now served up on the plate in Australia. Any recipes?

I am hoping to visit Egypt next year. Do you think I shall find charcoal grilled camel kebabs on sale in the bazaars of Luxor and Cairo?

I can hardly imagine camel burgers. Just seems chewy to me. Or do you suppose camel tastes like chicken? You go ahead and try it and report back.
