Ha! The way I learned to let go was when my garden was the first stop on a garden tour after 8 solid days of rain. At least, it was sunny the day of the tour, Until the participants were in my garden. Suddenly a "scattered shower" began pelting us with marble-sized hail and we all ran for the house. The house was not supposed to be part of the tour, so you know how it looked! Oh well, I had to let it go or go the four blocks to the bridge and jump into the Mississippi River.
