There was a while back on the frenz.com frenzy message board, a message from someone who knew Phil Judd. I think she said that he was in Aussie still working on TV/film soundtracks and had a possible album in the pipeline. One soundtrack he worked on was for the Australian TV show "Good Guys, Bad Guys".
