» Ngatai - The Battle of Gate Pa I am a direct descendent of Ngaiterangi chief Hori Taiaho Ngatai and inronically Governor George Grey. i therefore believe i have a unique insight into the Battle of Gate Pa and congratulate the writer of the article which appears on your site. i am currently undertaking research into Hori's hapu and people for an up and coming Waitangi Tribunal Hearing. i would like to hear from anyone who has either information on Hori or his hapu,or information relating to the Ngati Kuku hapu of Ngaiterangi-- posted by Ngatai
