Hi,
Once again... I'm afraid I can't help. The New Zealand Flame Bush is obviously a great name for it - but it's not known as that here. Generally, hebes aren't enormous shrubs, although they can get rather leggy after a few years. It's best to prune them lightly after flowering to keep the shape.
