» Gary - Christmas Greetings.

Hi Lynda and all over there,

Trust you have a cooler Chrismas holiday than we over here.
Often see you on ICQ, should talk more, but always busy.
Lynda, are you still selling you house?

Peace and goodwill, may the coming year bring us all joy and health.

Gary.

» LyndaH - hi gary

We hope to finish the "do-up" in the early New Year and try to sell it then. Do you know a buyer? lol!

The weather here today has been unbelievably hot - my plants have flopped over in the heat, with the artichokes simply sagging. But my sunflowers look like flowering perhaps by next week - what a wonderful way to signal in the New Year!

» Gay_Klok - Ornamental artichokes

Lynda, I think you asked me about Ornamental artichokes and also a picture of the Arum "Green Godess" - there are potos of both in my present article, click perennials flowering now or something like that

Hope your real estate is better than in Tassie, all the best for many buyers beating a path to your door

» LyndaH - Hi Gay and Gary

I guess both of you are also preparing for stinking hot Christmas Days - phew! I really should be outside now watering the poor garden, everything is wilting so badly. But all the Spring mulching is really paying off, I'm trying to only water once every 10days or so and apart from the artichokes and ajuga, most things seem to cope with the heat. Although I have a bad case of black spot on most of the roses... sigh

» Gay_Klok - black spot

yes, black spot is arriving in the country garden. In the town garden there is probably so much polution or maybe the neighbours spraying, we don't seem to get so much
