In response to sacred insights

"I guess I thought New Thought was Christian..."

Many New Thoughters consider themselves Christian, but not in what would be called the traditional or fundamentalist sense. We believe, and work to apply, most of the teachings of Jesus. We also teach from the writings of Buddha, not as Buddhists, but because there is much to learn from him. Just like with Jesus.

Remember, New Thought is open ended. There are a lot of people who are transitioning from other ways of believing and New Thought helps them get a certain kind of stabilization in that transition. We are all still learning and growing and seeking. It helps to have like minded people on the journey with you.

And no, we are not related to Scientology.
