» MWilliams - Re: Hi Mary. In response to message posted by A1_Viking:Hello Donna. Glad to have you aboard! I'm thrilled that you found the article useful. It was actually motivated by personal experience. Not so very long ago I found myself caught up in the sort of hectic, material existence I wrote about in the article. When I woke up and realized the negative effect that it was having on my entire life experience, I got rid of two thirds of my possessions and left the city to live on a farm where I could slow down and experience being in nature. You wouldn't believe the difference that living more simply has made on my perceptions of myself and everything/everyone around me! It really is so easy to lose sight of the truly important things in this time-equals-money world, isn't it? Thanks for taking the time to post a comment! -- posted by MWilliams » A1_Viking - Re: Re: Hi Mary. In response to message posted by MWilliams:You're welcome! And thank YOU for being an editor on Suite101 and providing such valuable advice and information - especially in this day and age! It's lovely knowing when I need a pick-up or some inspiration, or just need to get grounded again, there is this site to come to. I'm so glad I found it! Cheerio, Donna -- posted by A1_Viking
