It is too early to tell for sure, but I think UCLA will be just fine with DeShaun Foster. I saw him in the CA vs Texas All-Star Shrine game couple of weeks ago. He looked sharp. Nothing flashy but he moved well and made some holes where there weren't really any. What was most encouraging to me was that he was playing against fellow all-stars.

He won the MVP award in that game for the CA team. Two weeks prior he won the MVP in another all-star game as well. (Scored the winning TD in both games.)

Thanks for the tip. I agree -- UCLA is going to shock a lot of teams this year. I figure they're a preseason Top 5 team.
