» earlytimes - UGH!

Hi Renie,

This is one time you could have left the picture out, UGH! Looks like something I ordered once at Taco Bell. Interesting story.

I have, unfortunately, only stumbled recently onto this site, but have now begun reading many of the past articles that I've missed, and this article like all of you articles thus far, I found a great read. Your touch for the poetic and your love of nature are clear, and as such bring your articles to vibrant life, that most writers only hope for. I hope to be able to continue reading your articles, and look forward to seeing what will come next.

Once again you have amused and enlightened me, Renie. I've heard of eyebright and Indian Pipe, but now I know what they are!

Hi Renie,
That was neat! I've heard of Indian Pipe before but have never seen one. Great information. Hope now I get to see one someday. Mary Trotter Kion

Mary, Indian Pipe is a neat plant, despite its yucky ways. I was excited the first time I found it. Hope you get to see one, one day. So nice to see you here! Renie

Renie,
I always love your articles.

I have read about eye bright in herb books but had no idea what it looked like. It is unusual, a little like some sort of fungus.
