» Maryel - post processing Lovely photos, renie, and interesting article. I am anything but a good photographer, but the secret, especially digital photos is post processing. If you save the photos as jpegs (jpgs) and get yourself a post photographing program. I use Photo impact from Ulead corp. It is very easy to use and it is miraculous what you can do to a photo. I post process all the photos in my articles. I have taken old photos of grandparents and great grandparents that were so faded, that you could barely see them and turned them into adequate photos.I have learned new techniques and am continuing to learn with this program. I am definitely not an expert but if you send me a digital copy of the picuture of your grandfather i will see if I can make it better. Believe me it is amazing what you can do. With a descent printer you can make amazing copies as well. I have a photo quality Hewlett Packard. If you send the scanned photo, I will make hard copies and a digital version for you. You can also make phtos bigger, smaller, crop, look like a painting or watercolour, You can add and take out people. marks and tears ( I am not too good at this yet) and crop the picture and take out red eye. -- posted by Maryel
