According to medical evidence, women my age are supposed to be getting annual mammograms, but the Manitoba Health Services Corporation only allows us one every two years, but my family doctor checks me out every year. I have always been incapable of finding lumps myself. The only reason I found the one in the article is because of the constant pain.

We now have a wonderful facility in Winnipeg, where women are made to feel comfortable when they get their education, examination, x-ray, and discussion. I was there two years ago and will be going there again in a few days.
