I've had two lumps removed that were both benign. When I first found the lumps, of course I was terrified... the first one I lived with for 3 years before going to have it looked at... it was 3 years of torment and mental anguish. When I found the 2nd lump, it was out within 2 weeks. It's much better to know than to torture yourself with fear and do nothing.

Thanks for the info, too, Traute. I will start taking a look at my caffeine addiction right away, as I still suffer from fibrocystic breast disease, which is highly irritated by caffeine.
