Mary, you are a perfect fit to my theory. As a matter of fact, you are a perfect match to my younger brother. He was an 11 pound baby born to a mother under 5 feet short, and she barely survived the ordeal. It was his birth at 7 a.m. which got me started on this theory, because to this day, 61 years later, he is impossible to wake up in the morning and impossible to get into bed in the evening. When left to his own resources, he sleeps all day and stays up all night, and everything is fine. He would make a terrific graveyard shift worker and so would you.

I do feel sorry for people in your predicament, because you have to fight with the established system all your life, unless you can afford the luxury of sleeping according to your own clock and forget about the rest of the world. If you could, your health would improve.
